Andrew "Andy" Gellepis
Andy’s career in real estate began over 25 years ago, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, profound integrity and passion for a rewarding, balanced way of life. His first role as a sales associate with Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Mill Valley was the ideal platform for his natural talent, and before long, he became a top producer with over $35 million in sales in one year. During this time, he was honored with multiple industry designations, including the President’s Gold Award of Distinction and the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence. After becoming Manager of the Mill Valley sales office and distinguishing himself as a premier agent recruiter, Andy transitioned to his current role as Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s three Southern Marin offices. He oversees 100 agents and shares his vast knowledge and experience to further their success, concentrating primarily on the “Luxury Previews” market above $2 million. Under his leadership, his Southern Marin offices typically close more than $550 million worth of real estate every year.
In addition to a Business Finance degree from the University of Colorado, Andy is Relocation Certified and REO Certified, and continues to bolster his expertise with specialized training. He is active with several local causes and organizations, ranging from school fundraising in Mill Valley and sponsoring the Mill Valley Film Festival to supporting Ambassadors of Hope and Opportunity, which aids homeless children in Marin.
Andy lives in Mill Valley with his wife and son, and enjoys skiing in Colorado and Lake Tahoe, as well as vacationing in his wife’s home state of Hawaii.
